Cendaro's Terms of Service are available publicly so owners, invited teammates, prospects, and customers can review the business-use terms before using the platform.
Public Terms of Service routes
The Terms of Service are public. People can review them before signing in, accepting an invitation, booking a demo, or subscribing to Cendaro.
- /terms opens the main Terms of Service.
- /en/terms opens the English terms route.
- /fr/terms opens the French terms route.
What the Terms cover
- Cendaro is for business use by workspace owners, managers, and team members.
- Workspace access, accounts, roles, customer data, business records, and acceptable use.
- AI-assisted features, automation, SMS, email, customer communications, and user responsibility for consent.
- Subscriptions, fees, payment, trials, changes, cancellation, third-party services, service availability, and liability terms.
- Customer and business data remains owned by the workspace or customer, subject to the service terms and privacy policy.
When acceptance is recorded
Cendaro may record legal acceptance during signup, invitation acceptance, workspace creation, onboarding, or another account-creation flow. Existing login users are not blocked only because an older account does not yet have a recorded acceptance.
Why the Terms matter for teams
- Owners should understand billing, workspace access, and responsibility for customer communications.
- Managers and team members should know that AI suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate and need human review before customer-facing use.
- No Cendaro page should promise guaranteed recovered revenue. The platform helps manage follow-up and booking workflows, but outcomes depend on the business, market, and customer response.
Language and legal review
English and French legal routes are separate from workspace language and customer-facing language. French legal copy should not be treated as final until the business has completed its launch legal review.
