The privacy request form collects the request type, requester details, workspace context, subject contact details when relevant, and confirmation that identity verification may be required.
Open the public form
Go to /privacy/request. The page uses the public Cendaro website layout and does not require a workspace login.
Choose a request type
- Data access request.
- Correction request.
- Deletion review.
- Export request.
- Consent withdrawal.
- Marketing opt-out.
- Other privacy request.
Enter request details
- Requester name and requester email are required.
- Requester phone is optional.
- Workspace name is optional, but helps Cendaro route the request when the information belongs to a business workspace.
- Subject email and subject phone are optional and should be used only when the request concerns a different contact record.
- Details should explain what the requester needs without adding unrelated sensitive information.
Confirm verification
Before submitting, the requester must confirm that Cendaro may need to verify identity and confirm the request scope before processing the request.
After submission
- 1Cendaro creates the privacy request record.
- 2The default status is Received.
- 3Identity verified starts as false.
- 4Cendaro shows a confirmation screen with the request reference.
- 5The requester should keep the reference for status checks and future follow-up.
What not to include
- Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or unnecessary private notes.
- Do not submit another person's sensitive details unless needed to identify the relevant record.
- Use the details field to describe the request clearly, not to attach a full customer history.
