Subprocessors at a glance
Cendaro uses a limited set of providers for infrastructure, billing, email, communications, and AI-assisted features. Each provider should be reviewed for role, data scope, region impact, and contractual controls before launch or material change.
1. Supabase
Supabase is used for database, authentication, storage, and service-role administrative operations. It may process account identifiers, workspace records, customer and lead data, quotes, bookings, messages, audit records, and privacy-request artifacts needed to operate the product.
2. Vercel
Vercel is used for hosting, runtime execution, deployment delivery, and public or protected route serving. It may process request metadata, deployment diagnostics, runtime logs, and application traffic necessary to deliver the product.
3. Stripe
Used for billing, checkout, subscriptions, invoices, and payment-related customer records. Stripe may process billing contacts, subscription identifiers, invoice metadata, and payment state needed for commercial operations.
4. Resend
Resend is used for transactional email delivery such as onboarding, operational notifications, and customer workflow messages. It may process email addresses, names, request references, and limited message content necessary to send those emails.
5. Telnyx
Telnyx is used for phone, voice, and SMS communications. Telnyx may process phone numbers, message bodies, call metadata, and limited operational linkage needed to deliver customer communications and communication status events.
6. OpenAI
OpenAI is used for AI-assisted features when enabled by the product workflow. OpenAI may process prompt context selected by the product route, limited workspace and message context, and generated draft output used to help operators review or compose content.
7. Review and updates
Cendaro reviews this list when a new provider is added, when a material workflow changes, or before launch expansion into new environments. Customers should also review the Privacy Policy, Security Overview, and Data Processing Addendum for related processing context and safeguards.
