Acceptable use at a glance
Use Cendaro for lawful business operations, respect consent and privacy rules, keep credentials secure, do not abuse messaging or AI features, and do not try to bypass product, security, or audit controls.
1. Lawful business use
Cendaro is intended for lawful business operations, customer follow-up, booking, reporting, and related commercial workflows. You may not use the service for illegal activity, deceptive conduct, unauthorized surveillance, harassment, or any use that violates privacy, consumer-protection, or communications law.
2. Accounts, credentials, and workspace access
You may not share credentials in a way that weakens security, circumvent role restrictions, impersonate another person, or try to gain access to a workspace, lead, customer record, export, admin tool, or route you are not authorized to use.
3. Messaging and communications misuse
You may not use Cendaro to send spam, phishing, unlawful robocalls, abusive or deceptive texts, or commercial messages that ignore consent, opt-out, or identification requirements. You may not attempt to override STOP or unsubscribe evidence, nor may you use Cendaro to hide the origin or purpose of a customer message.
4. AI-assisted feature misuse
You may not rely on AI-assisted features to make unsupervised high-risk decisions, generate deceptive content, fabricate customer commitments, or bypass required review on sensitive workflows. You should not prompt AI tools with sensitive identity, banking, tax, medical, or legal information unless the workflow explicitly supports that use and appropriate permission exists.
5. Security abuse
You may not probe, scan, attack, overload, reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the service, including APIs, auth flows, admin surfaces, exports, routing logic, or hosted infrastructure. You may not introduce malware, credential theft tooling, or code intended to degrade availability or integrity.
6. Data misuse and privacy abuse
You may not upload or export customer information unless you have the right to do so, and you may not use Cendaro to collect, store, or disclose personal information in ways that conflict with the applicable workspace relationship, customer notices, or privacy law. You may not try to defeat audit logging, retention gates, or destructive-action approvals.
7. Sensitive-content restrictions
Cendaro is not intended to be a general-purpose vault for SINs, tax slips, detailed medical records, banking credentials, or privileged legal files. If you operate in a sensitive industry, you remain responsible for avoiding unsafe data collection and for steering customers toward safer channels when the product warns that SMS or lightweight intake is not appropriate.
8. Automation and rate abuse
You may not use bots, scripts, or automations that scrape the product, mass-create records, flood public forms, hammer webhook or auth routes, or degrade the experience for other users or customers. Any automation should stay within documented product limits and lawful, reviewable business use.
9. Enforcement
Cendaro may investigate suspected misuse, suspend risky behavior, limit access, preserve audit evidence, or terminate service when necessary to protect customers, the platform, service providers, or legal compliance. Some misuse may be reported to affected customers, providers, or authorities when required.
10. Changes to this Policy
Cendaro may update this Policy from time to time as product features, legal requirements, or abuse patterns change. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date and version.
