Cendaro keeps public legal pages, privacy request flows, legal acceptance records, and workspace data-handling responsibilities visible for launch readiness.
Where to find legal pages
Cendaro publishes the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service on public routes so owners, teammates, customers, and prospects can review the documents without signing in.
Use /privacy for the Privacy Policy, /terms for the Terms of Service, and the French legal routes when French content is selected.
How privacy requests work
- 1Open the Privacy Policy and choose Submit a privacy request.
- 2Enter the request type, requester contact information, workspace context, subject contact details when relevant, and request details.
- 3Cendaro creates a request reference and records the request with Received status.
- 4Use the request-status page with the request reference and requester email to check status without exposing sensitive details.
Workspace owner responsibilities
- Workspace owners remain responsible for customer notices and consent where applicable.
- Do not paste sensitive customer data into support requests or audit notes unless it is truly required.
- Use privacy request verification before disclosing, correcting, exporting, or deleting personal information.
- Review English and French legal content before commercial launch with qualified counsel.
