What the block means
Cendaro blocks sends when a contact is unsubscribed or when the message purpose does not match available consent evidence. This is intentional and should not be bypassed silently.
Safe next steps
- 1Check the lead source and consent history.
- 2Confirm whether the customer opted out by SMS keyword or another method.
- 3Update consent only if the business has valid consent evidence.
- 4Use a service-only message purpose when the message is truly operational and allowed.
Do not do this
- Do not mark a customer as express-consent active without proof.
- Do not send marketing to unknown or transactional-only contacts.
- Do not ask Cendaro to auto-send around an unsubscribe.
