Understand who can operate, report, export and manage the workspace.
Owner
The Owner manages team access, billing and workspace administration. Data exports require the Owner role and an eligible plan. A workspace Owner is not a Cendaro HQ administrator.
Manager and Front Desk
Owner, Manager and Front Desk can view the dashboard, leads and bookings, assign follow-up, create or reschedule bookings and record outcomes. Reporting is available to Owner and Manager; Front Desk does not have reporting access.
Team Member
Team Members work with assigned leads and bookings and can reply within their permitted scope. They do not receive the broad dashboard, reporting, billing or team-management permissions. Ask your Owner when access does not match your responsibilities; do not share accounts.
