How to invite a team member

Invite managers and team members without sharing logins.

Owners can invite teammates by email, assign a role, and let the invited user create their own login.

Before inviting someone

  • Confirm the person should access your workspace.
  • Choose Manager for daily operators who need broad lead and booking access.
  • Choose Team Member for people who should work assigned leads or bookings only.
  • Review seat usage because additional users may create extra monthly seat charges.

Invite workflow

  1. 1Open Settings.
  2. 2Go to Team & Access.
  3. 3Enter the teammate email and optional full name.
  4. 4Choose Manager or Team Member.
  5. 5Send the invite or copy the invite link if email delivery is not configured.

Security notes

Invitation tokens expire and are stored securely as hashes. Do not share your own login. Each invited user should accept the invitation and create or use their own account.
