Sign in or reset your password
Use the email linked to your Cendaro account. If you forgot your password, use the password-reset option on the login page and follow the email instructions. Your Cendaro password can differ from your email inbox password. Never send either password or a verification link to support.
Expired or replaced session
Use the sign-in link and return to your demo after authentication. Another login may replace a session. Keep the selected language and use the same account instead of signing up again.
Email links and invitations
If a demo verification link expired or was used, sign in if already verified or request a new verification email. For a team invitation, ask the workspace Owner to check the invitation and your intended role. Respect resend limits and check your spam folder.
