Most access issues come from expired invitations, removed workspace membership, disabled access, or signing in with the wrong email.
Common causes
- The invitation expired after 7 days.
- The invitation was cancelled or already accepted.
- The user signed in with a different email than the invitation email.
- The workspace membership is disabled or removed.
Owner checklist
- 1Open Settings, then Team & Access.
- 2Confirm the pending invitation status.
- 3Cancel and resend if the original invite is expired.
- 4Confirm the teammate is active after acceptance.
