Troubleshooting login and invite issues

Fix common access problems for owners, managers, and team members.

Most access issues come from expired invitations, removed workspace membership, disabled access, or signing in with the wrong email.

Common causes

  • The invitation expired after 7 days.
  • The invitation was cancelled or already accepted.
  • The user signed in with a different email than the invitation email.
  • The workspace membership is disabled or removed.

Owner checklist

  1. 1Open Settings, then Team & Access.
  2. 2Confirm the pending invitation status.
  3. 3Cancel and resend if the original invite is expired.
  4. 4Confirm the teammate is active after acceptance.
