Settings is where owners keep the workspace configured without mixing interface language, customer-facing language, billing controls, and operational preferences.
What Settings controls
Settings is the workspace control area for business identity, language, billing, brand voice, service templates, AI assistance, team access, and workspace lifecycle controls.
Owners can manage all settings. Managers may see limited settings depending on workspace permissions. Team members should not manage billing, compliance, or workspace-wide controls.
Language settings
Interface language controls what your team sees inside Cendaro. Customer-facing language controls messages sent to customers.
Keep workspace language, interface language, and customer-facing language separate so internal operators and customers each receive the right experience.
Billing and plan controls
The Billing section shows the active plan, included seats, AI capacity, managed Stripe billing status, invoices, and plan guardrails.
Use Manage subscription for the Stripe portal when the workspace has a managed Stripe customer and active subscription. Review downgrade and seat warnings before changing plans.
Brand, templates, and AI assistance
- Brand settings control how customer-facing messages describe the business.
- Service templates define repeatable service categories for leads, quotes, and bookings.
- AI assistance controls draft suggestions and must keep send-without-review off unless an owner intentionally enables it.
Safe save workflow
- 1Open the Settings tab that matches the change you need.
- 2Review warnings for billing, AI, language, or workspace lifecycle changes.
- 3Save the change and confirm the success message.
- 4If a setting appears frozen, reload once and check whether the workspace has the required billing, role, or migration state.
