Owner controls
Use the available settings for workspace identity, language, templates, team access and billing. Restricted controls require the Owner role; contact your Owner if a control is unavailable.
Language and customer content
The interface language changes navigation and labels. It does not translate customer-entered notes or messages. Check the customer’s language and review message text before sending.
Save carefully
Review the change, save and check the confirmation. AI drafts still require human review; settings are not a promise of autonomous sending. Review billing warnings before changing a plan, and contact support if saving fails.
