Owners can manage billing from Settings when the workspace has an active managed Stripe customer and subscription.
Where billing lives
Open Settings and find the Billing card. Owners can open invoices, manage the current subscription, and review plan guardrails from there.
What the Stripe portal can do
- Update payment method and billing information.
- Review invoice history.
- Cancel or renew a subscription when portal configuration allows it.
- Change plans when eligible products are configured in Stripe.
If plan changes do not appear
Stripe portal plan changes depend on the active portal configuration and eligible products. If the portal only shows billing information, an operator should confirm the portal configuration includes Starter, Growth, and Team subscription products.
