Trial workspaces can use core workspace features while the owner evaluates whether the plan matches the team workflow. The billing card in Settings shows the current plan, seat usage, and whether managed Stripe billing is active.
When to upgrade
- Upgrade when the team needs more included seats.
- Upgrade when AI assistance is included in the selected plan.
- Upgrade when operational reporting and workflow control need more capacity.

For production readiness, Cendaro tracks checkout, portal, invoice, cancellation, downgrade, payment-failure, and recovery smoke evidence in Admin HQ.
