What to do when billing is unavailable

Resolve missing Stripe customer, portal, subscription, or invoice access.

Billing actions require a managed Stripe customer and subscription records that match the active workspace.

What to check first

  • The workspace has a Stripe customer id.
  • The Stripe customer exists in the same live or test mode as the app configuration.
  • The workspace has an active or known subscription id after checkout.
  • The Stripe webhook is delivering checkout, invoice, and subscription events.

When to ask for operator help

If the portal opens but plan changes are missing, the Stripe customer portal configuration may need eligible subscription products. If Cendaro says the workspace has no managed customer, the workspace billing record needs repair before the owner can self-manage billing.
