What is AI Assist?

AI Assist helps your team move faster with suggested replies, lead summaries, follow-up recommendations, and workflow support while keeping human review as the default.

What AI Assist can do

AI Assist drafts operational suggestions for your team. It can help with suggested replies, lead summaries, follow-up recommendations, workflow suggestions, and lost reason suggestions.

AI Assist is meant to support people, not replace judgment. Customer-facing messages may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use.

Human review by default

AI auto-send and send-without-review should stay off by default. Owners can review AI settings in Settings, but Cendaro should not automatically enable customer-facing AI sends for existing workspaces.

AI actions and limits

Cendaro tracks AI actions so owners can understand usage against the workspace plan or add-on capacity. Suggested replies, summaries, follow-up recommendations, and other AI-generated assistance can count toward that usage.

Safe use checklist

  1. 1Review the customer thread and lead notes before accepting a suggestion.
  2. 2Confirm the reply is accurate, helpful, and appropriate for the customer.
  3. 3Check consent and message purpose before sending SMS or email.
  4. 4Edit AI wording so it matches the business voice and the real situation.
  5. 5Do not include sensitive details that the customer should not receive.

What gets logged

Cendaro records AI generation events and can mark whether a suggestion was reviewed, used, approved, or sent to a customer. This keeps AI assistance visible for compliance and operational review.
