What belongs in the Leads Inbox
The inbox is for customer opportunities that still need follow-up, booking, qualification, assignment, or a final outcome.
Customer-entered data stays as the customer or team entered it. Cendaro translates interface labels, not customer messages or notes.
Work the inbox safely
- 1Check the lead source and consent status before sending a message.
- 2Read the recent thread and notes so the customer does not receive duplicate or confusing replies.
- 3Assign ownership when another teammate should handle the next step.
- 4Move the lead to booked, won, or lost once the outcome is clear.
Team member visibility
Owners and managers can view all leads. Team members should only see assigned leads when role restrictions are enabled for the workspace.
