The Dashboard gives owners and managers a fast view of recovered revenue, missed leads, booked value, lost revenue, and urgent work.
What the Dashboard shows
The Dashboard is the operating overview for the last 30 days. It surfaces revenue recovered, missed leads, booked value, lost revenue, and the leads most likely to need attention.
Owners and managers see the broad workspace view. Team members may see a more limited assigned-work view depending on workspace permissions.
How to use the action queue
- 1Look for leads with high value at risk or urgent response timing.
- 2Open the lead record before replying so you can see consent status, notes, and recent message history.
- 3Reply, assign, book, or mark the next outcome instead of leaving the lead in a stale state.
Signals to watch
- A rising missed-lead count usually means response speed needs attention.
- Booked value should trend upward as follow-up improves.
- Lost revenue and loss reasons show where the workflow needs tighter owner action.
