How to use Bookings

Track scheduled work, timing, owners, status changes, and follow-up actions.

Updated 2026-05-02For Owner, Manager, Team member

Bookings is the operating queue for scheduled jobs created from recovered leads, including today's schedule, owner workload, and work that needs attention.

What Bookings is for

Bookings shows scheduled work that was created from recovered leads or follow-up workflows. Use it to keep timing, owner responsibility, and status changes visible after a customer agrees to move forward.

Owners and managers can review all bookings. Team members should only see assigned bookings when role restrictions are enabled for the workspace.

Main booking signals

  • Booked Jobs counts the scheduled jobs in the selected operating window.
  • Booked Value estimates the revenue tied to scheduled work.
  • Today's Jobs shows work happening today.
  • Needs Attention highlights bookings that may require confirmation, rescheduling, owner assignment, or follow-up.

How to work the queue

  1. 1Open the booking that needs review.
  2. 2Confirm the customer, timing, service request, and assigned owner.
  3. 3Reschedule, complete, or update the booking when the operational state changes.
  4. 4Send confirmations or reminders only when consent and message purpose allow it.
  5. 5Keep the related lead outcome aligned with the booking status.

Status breakdown and owner workload

The status breakdown helps you see whether bookings are open, completed, rescheduled, cancelled, or waiting on action. Owner workload helps managers spot unassigned work or overloaded teammates before service quality slips.
